What we do

Concept Development: From assessing the clients brief and site visits, research is conducted and mood boards are created along with a draught floor plan. Texture, colour and materiality boards are supplied to clients.

Design: After the inceptive concept development phase, decisions are finalised and three dimensional mock-ups and renders are developed that aid in the clients’ final decision.

Detailing: With the design completed, bespoke furniture pieces are now custom made.

Drawings and Documentation: Floor plan layout, elevations, sections and finishing schedules are completed.

Costing: Costing is then finalised.

Handover: So Ya Designs supervises on site design decisions and works closely with the Project Manager, before the final handover.
